An exciting opportunity has arisen with the recent announcement that our current long-serving Deputy Principal has resigned.
Our new Deputy Principal will have a positive mindset and outstanding interpersonal skills that will enable them to build a strong learning environment, which empowers and encourages both students and other staff to strive to reach their personal learning goals and experience success. They must have a very good knowledge of theNew Zealand Curriculum, work collaboratively, use current teaching, learning and assessment practices and have the ability to weave the development of the Key Competencies throughout all learning programmes.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about teaching. A critical and creative thinker, who is committed to preparing children with the knowledge, skills, and capabilities to be successful in an ever-changing world. We want a leader who uses their initiative, values teamwork and has a sense of humour. We are seeking a person who is committed to our school ethos, our strong community and someone who will strive to bring alive our school vision into action.
Feel free to contact the Principal, Alastair Schaw:
